We started Arcadian Capital, the precursor to APEX Capital, out of a desire to create financial independence for ourselves and our closest friends and family. With just over $2,000 in capital each, we bought our first home to prove our model. Today, we have over 260 doors and add more every quarter.
Over the last several years, APEX’s experiences with contracting, value-add homes, running a residential rental business, and creating the right local relationships is helping it continue to grow quickly in the KCMO area. Today, we specialize in larger, multi-family, value-add opportunities: we buy properties that have significant potential for added value with the right improvements and then rent those properties at market rates. This allows for an attractive entry point into each property while still providing long-term cashflow and increased equity.
